Program Description

Our Barbell Club weightlifting classes in Louisville, KY are designed for beginners or athletes and strength enthusiasts ready to take their Olympic lifting to the next level. Beginners will learn the basics of Olympic weightlifting (Snatch, Clean, and Jerk) through technique, strength, and accessory work programmed in-house, and experienced lifters will work to perfect their technique and push their strength even further. No matter which level you're at, our expertly coached sessions provide technical instruction and structured programming in a supportive environment to help you reach your goals.
