Our leading barbell coach,. Tony is certified as an Olympic lifting coach and has even competed at the Arnold Classic among other regional level weightlifting events.
I've been a coach in a gym setting for over 5 years. This is the most rewarding coaching job I've had. The progress I see daily is next to none. My goal as a coach is to make sure everyone I see on a daily basis moves better than they did yesterday and that they set themselves up for a healthy future.

This class is a perfect blend of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, mobility, gymnastics, and functional movement. EVERYTHING can be modified for EVERYONE regardless of age, fitness level, or physical health. We will teach you how to move efficiently with solid techniques to get the most out of your workouts.

What Are Spartan Classes ?
They're a high-intensity, full-body workout that will help you build strength, endurance, and agility. With a combination of cardio, strength training, and functional movements, our Spartan classes will help you reach new heights of fitness and wellness.
Are spartan classes suitable for a Beginner?
ABSOLUTELY! Our experienced and certified instructors will guide you through each class, offering modifications and progressions to suit your individual needs and abilities. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, our classes are designed to help you achieve your goals.
